London is calling - Day 1

Here we come London! We had three wonderful days ahead in one of my favorite cities. We started our trip early in the morning and took an eight o'clock flight to London. This was a girls' trip - I was accompanied by my daughters 😍. And wow - what a sunny day was there waiting for us. 💛

We were around noon at the apartment hotel - Cheval Three Quays, which is located near the Tower of London and Thames. We had booked a very spacious apartment - 92 square meters. So there was space enough for three of us. 😀

We had a nice living room, small kitchen area, a big terrace and balcony with a nice view to Thames and two spacious bedrooms. The first feeling was - could we stay here longer than these three days. The apartment was a pure dream.

This armchair was my favorite spot in the apartment. On the table there was even binoculars - to spy the other people on the other side of Thames 😁.

It was all about the details... And loved those little Hermes bottles.

It took us a while before we believed this was ours for these next three days. We took pics from each room - just needed some evidence 😀.

Downstairs we found a cosy Coppa restaurant and enjoyed a lunch in a bubble.

After the nice lunch time we headed to Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace.

We walked through Green Park and took the underground to Notting Hill.  We walked around and admired the beautiful houses and architecture.

Then it was already time to enjoy some coffee and we found the perfect place for that -  Daylesford, which is actually a organic farmshop & café in the heart of Notting Hill. I highly recommend to visit this cafe.

Notting Hill is such an idyllic and picturesque village - love the colorful houses and the calm atmosphere there.

We also wanted to visit another cafe in Notting Hill - Farm Girl Cafe. Well, this was not actually what I was looking for, but got to admit that those lattes looked nice.

After our cafe tourney we continued to walk around the colorful streets of Portobello Road.. And took at least hundred pictures 😀.

After the long day we headed to Westfield London Shopping Center, where the girls found some nice clothes. We also enjoyed a sushi dinner there before took the train back to our holiday home.

After a hot shower and a cup of tea it was time to say good night!
