I am a big fan of green asparagus. I try to include it almost with each main meal. Today I prepared an easy pasta salad with mini asparagus.
Pasta salad
pasta
mini asparagus
cherry tomato
prosciutto ham
manchego cheese
black grape
basilikun
Cook the pasta and mix the other ingredients with the cooked pasta. Serve with ciabatta and just enjoy!
